Annual CARINGPLACE of The Shoals Holiday Tour of Homes Dec. 12-13

CARINGPLACE of The Shoals will usher in the 2025 holiday season with an exciting new twist on its annual Holiday Tour of Homes.

On Friday, Dec. 12 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 13 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., tour ticketholders will be invited into 10 distinctive properties across The Shoals, including five featured homes in some of Muscle Shoals’ most magnificent neighborhoods.

For the first time in the history of the event, the CARINGPLACE 2025 Holiday Tour of Homes will open doors to not only historically significant sites, but also to some of our area’s most stunning contemporary homes and venues.

Ticketholders will be inspired at every stop by one-of-a-kind architectural features and designer furnishings and decor.

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at Kennedy-Douglass Art Center, Sheffield Public Library and First United Methodist Church of Florence.

Each ticket allows ticketholders one visit to each tour stop during the event, and stops can be made on one or both days of the event.

Homes on the tour include:

  • Home of David and Kara Sams 110 Brooke Drive

CARINGPLACE is also excited to provide a peek into its adult day services facility, where attendees can snap a photo with Santa, enjoy chef-prepared refreshments and purchase gift baskets and trays from local caterers and businesses.

Children are welcome to visit CARINGPLACE during the tour without purchasing a ticket.

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and property owners, 100% of proceeds from ticket, tree and basket sales will go to CARINGPLACE of The Shoals, a 501(c)3 organization that holds the distinction as the first and only adult day center in the United States to receive the Montessori Inspired Lifestyle Gold Site Credential.
