CCSO arrest reports for Sept. 6

The following arrest reports were made by the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office in recent days:

— On Aug. 27, Patrick N. McInnish, 52 was arrested and charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance and drug trafficking. According to Deputy Michael Noles’ report, agents with the Colbert County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 30 block of Mount Pleasant Road in Muscle Shoals. The search allegedly yielded multiple baggies with methamphetamines, multiple meth bongs with liquid meth inside, a baggie with fentanyl, two baggies full of pills – 704 Klonopins, multiple glass pipes for methamphetamine use,

— On Aug. 31, Donavan S. Rhodes, 53, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to Deputy Christopher Miller’s report, he observed a vehicle cross the fog line onto the rumble strips on U.S. 43 in Cherokee. Due to alleged suspicious nervous behavior by the driver and passenger, consent was asked to search the vehicle but declined. K9 Zuri was deployed and alerted two times. A search of the vehicle yielded a cut straw with residue and a small container of THX wax. A search of Rhodes’ person yielded a small baggie with fentanyl.
