Aug. 30 arrest reports

The following arrests were made by the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office in recent days:

— On Aug. 14, Johnathan P. E. Mullins, 38, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and second-degree promoting prison contraband. According to Deputy Hunter White’s report, deputies arrived at the 100 block of Mill Road in Cherokee to serve a felony warrant on Mullins. Mullins was outside the residence and was taken into custody. During a search at the Colbert County jail, Mullins allegedly admitted to having a marijuana roach on his person. A Klonopin pill was also located in his pocket.
