Two new restaurants coming to Muscle Shoals this year
The City of Muscle Shoals announced the addition of two new restaurants on its Facebook page on Jan. 17.
According to the post, Maddio’s Pizza and Beignets & Brew will be added to the McCoy Parker Investments mixed-use medical and restaurant development on Avalon Avenue.
Uncle Maddio’s Pizza is scheduled to open in Muscle Shoals in Spring of 2025. Beignets & Brew will open their Muscle Shoals location later in 2025.
According to a release by the Atlanta-based Maddio’s, the new Muscle Shoals location will feature a welcoming dining area and outdoor patio, perfect for families, friends and pizza lovers of all ages.
“We are thrilled to expand our Uncle Maddios Pizza family to Muscle Shoals,” said Jim Smith, CEO and president of Uncle Maddios Pizza. “This community has such a family-driven spirit, and we are excited to become a part of it. Our goal is to provide not just great food, but also a place where people can gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories.”
Beignets & Brew, based out of Destin, Florida, offers New Orleans-style beignets and specialty coffee, according to a release.
”We are excited to bring sweetness and a sense of community to more neighborhoods across Alabama,” said Bailey Lauren, vice president of Beignets & Brew. ”Our mission is to create welcoming environments where locals can gather, connect and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.”
